Welcome to Two Wolves Australia. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and any purchase you make from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
This website is operated by Two Wolves Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 95 699 523 585), trading as Two Wolves Australia (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1. Using Our Website
If you are under 18, you may only place an order with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account or placing an order, and to keep your account details secure.
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, or interfere with the site or its security.
2. Products and Pricing
We do our best to display our products, colours, and sizing as accurately as possible, but slight variations can occur, particularly with colour, due to differences in screens and devices.
All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though this will not affect orders already confirmed.
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product purchased, and to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
3. Orders and Payment
This section applies to purchases made through our online store, twowolvesaus.com.au.
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order, not that it has been accepted. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering, through the payment methods available at checkout. We use third party payment processors to handle your payment securely, and we do not store your full card details.
4. Shipping and Delivery
This section applies to orders placed through our online store. Items purchased at a Two Wolves Honesty Pop Up Store are collected in person at the event and are not shipped.
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timeframes stated on our website, but these are estimates only. Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays.
Risk in the products passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery details are correct, as we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by you.

5. Honesty Pop Up Store Purchases
These terms also apply to purchases made in person at a Two Wolves Honesty Pop Up Store. These pop up events run on an honesty basis: payment is made directly on site at the time of purchase, receipt will be sent by email and no shipping is involved.
Returns for items purchased at a Honesty Pop Up Store are handled differently to online purchases. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details, including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, whether you've changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or received a faulty or incorrect item, please refer to our Returns Policy for full details on eligibility, timeframes, and how to lodge a return.
Items purchased through twowolvesaus.com.au can be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange, a refund, or a store credit, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns Policy. Different conditions apply to items purchased through our Two Wolves Honesty Pop Up Store, as set out in our Returns Policy.
This does not affect any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, we will repair, replace, or refund it in line with your legal rights.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including our logo, brand name, product designs, images, and text, is owned by or licensed to Two Wolves Australia Pty Ltd and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of this content without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Two Wolves Australia Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
