Ron and Josh lived that change firsthand, and it shaped everything the brand stands for. So it made sense to build that belief into how the business runs, not just what it says.
As part of our team, we employ people who are rebuilding their lives after a hard chapter. This includes people who have spent time in prison, and people in recovery from addiction. We believe a past mistake, or a past struggle, should not define someone's future.
Everyone carries two wolves inside them. We would rather help someone feed the good one than write them off because of the bad one.

Finding steady work is one of the hardest parts of starting over. Many people leaving prison or coming out of addiction face doors closed to them, simply because of their history. We wanted Two Wolves to be one of the doors that stays open.
Giving someone a real job, not charity, but real, paid, meaningful work, is one of the most practical ways to support long term recovery and reduce reoffending. It gives people structure, purpose, and a reason to keep choosing the good wolf every day.

We also care about the impact production has on the environment. We look for suppliers who reduce waste, source responsibly, and use more sustainable packaging and processes where they can. As Two Wolves grows, so will this side of the business.
